2025 Aquatics Programs

Waterbabies is an American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim lesson for children ages 6 - 36 months.
Parents are required to participate as the child will learn to submerge face and blow bubbles through mouth and nose, supported front float, front glide, back glide, kick front and back, roll front to back and back to front, swim on front and back.
Parents will learn how to choose and use a life jacket as well as review safety topics for your child.
• Swim Lessons take place Monday – Thursday (unless stated otherwise)
• Each Session lasts 2 weeks
• Classes are 30 minutes
• Parents must accompany child in water

A YOUTH PROGRAMS REGISTRATION PACKET MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED ON OR BEFORE YOUR CHILD’S FIRST DAY OF SWIM LESSONS.

2025 Aquatics Programs

Participants will learn breath control, buoyancy, locomotion and personal safety. Participants are grouped by age and skill level.
• Preschool Level 1: Children with little or no exposure to water, who may be timid or fearful.
• Preschool Level 2: Children with some experience, able to float on back and stomach with face in water. Will push off wall and glide to instructor.
• Preschool Level 3: Children with swimming skills and no fear.
